1. Made-to-Order Items

All items supplied by KMP Carpentry & Joinery are made to order or custom-built. Lead times are agreed at quotation stage and will vary depending on the size, complexity and requirements of the project. Production will only begin once the quotation has been accepted and any required deposit has been received.

2. Dispatch

Items are dispatched once they have been completed and, where applicable, approved by the customer. We will confirm when your item is ready and provide dispatch details at that stage.

3. Delivery Methods

We aim to use Royal Mail Tracked 24 or Tracked 48 services where suitable. For larger or heavier items, we may use alternative couriers to ensure safe and appropriate delivery. Tracking details will be provided when available.

4. Delivery Costs

Delivery costs are not fixed and will be included within your quotation.

Costs are based on:

Delivery timeframes are estimates and will depend on the courier used. Once an item has been dispatched, delivery is handled by the courier and is outside of our direct control.

6. Delays

While we aim to dispatch and deliver items within agreed timeframes, delays can occasionally occur due to:

8. Damaged Items in Transit

If your item arrives damaged, please contact us as soon as possible. We may ask for photographs to assess the issue and arrange a suitable resolution in line with our Returns & Refunds Policy.
