All work is carried out based on agreed specifications, discussions and quotations provided prior to the project starting.
3. Quotes & Orders
All quotations are valid for 30 days unless stated otherwise.
Carpentry & Joinery Projects:
A project is confirmed once a quotation has been accepted.
CNC & Made-to-Order Items:
A made-to-order or CNC project is confirmed once the quotation has been accepted and a deposit has been received.
Production will not begin for CNC or made-to-order items until the deposit has been received.
4. Cancellations
Carpentry & Joinery Projects:
Work may be cancelled before it has started. Once work has begun, cancellations may incur charges for time, materials and work completed. Any costs incurred up to the point of cancellation will be payable.
CNC & Made-to-Order Items:
Once production has started, CNC and made-to-order items cannot be cancelled. Deposits are non-refundable once work has commenced.
5. Materials & Workmanship
We use FSC and PEFC certified materials suited to each project and work with trusted suppliers to ensure high-quality timber. Due to the natural characteristics of timber and the handmade nature of our work, variations in grain, colour and finish may occur. These are not considered defects.
All work is completed to a professional standard in line with agreed specifications.
