Returns & Refunds Policy

1. Made-to-Order and Bespoke Items
All items supplied by KMP Carpentry & Joinery are made to order or custom-built to suit the customer’s requirements. Because of this, we do not accept returns or offer refunds for change of mind once production has started.
2. Cancellations
Orders for CNC or made-to-order items may be cancelled before production begins. Once production has started, cancellations are not possible and any deposit paid is non-refundable.
3. Faulty or Damaged Items
If your item arrives faulty, damaged, or not as agreed, please contact us within 14 days of delivery. We may ask for photographs to help assess the issue.
Where a fault is confirmed, you will be offered:
- A replacement, or
- A full refund
This will be agreed with you based on what is most suitable.
4. Returns
Due to the bespoke nature of our work, we do not require items to be returned in most cases. If a return is necessary, we will confirm this with you and provide instructions. Please do not send items back without contacting us first.
5. Refunds
Where a refund is agreed, it will be issued to your original payment method within 5–7 working days.
6. Delivery Issues
We are not responsible for delays caused by third-party couriers once items have been dispatched. If your item arrives damaged in transit, please contact us as soon as possible so we can resolve the issue.

8. Your Rights
