Shipping & Delivery Policy

Handmade to Order

• Every piece we create is handmade to order in our UK workshop.
• Standard dispatch times are 3–5 working days.
• For end-grain chopping boards, dispatch may take 5–7 working days due to the additional craftsmanship required.
• If your order contains multiple items, we ship everything together, based on the longest lead time.

Delivery Service

• All orders are sent via Royal Mail Tracked 48.
• This service usually delivers within 2–3 working days after dispatch.
• A tracking link will be emailed to you once your order has been shipped, so you can follow its journey.

Delivery Costs

• We charge a flat rate of £4.50 per order to cover the cost of tracked shipping and protective packaging.
• This rate applies to all deliveries.

Delivery Areas

• We currently deliver across the UK mainland.
• Orders to Northern Ireland, Highlands, and Islands are accepted, but please allow extra time for delivery.

Delays

• While Royal Mail delivers on time in most cases, occasional delays can happen during busy periods (e.g. Christmas) or due to unforeseen circumstances.
• Please allow a few extra days for delivery during these times.

Missed Deliveries

If you are not available at the time of delivery, Royal Mail will leave instructions for re-delivery or collection from your local delivery office.
